3D Composite Decking

The manufacturing process of 3D composite decking differs from that of classic composite decking. During the extrusion of the boards, the surface texture is simultaneously processed online, eliminating the need for secondary embossing. When you touch the surface with 3D embossed patterns, you'll experience smooth and clear lines, along with rich textures, creating a dynamic sense of depth.

Advantages

3D composite decking offers a modern, low-maintenance alternative to traditional timber, combining durability with long-lasting performance. Unlike wood, it won’t warp, splinter, or rot, and it’s highly resistant to moisture, insects, and fading. With minimal upkeep required—usually just occasional cleaning—it saves both time and money over its lifespan. Designed to mimic the natural look of timber, composite boards come in a variety of colours and finishes, ensuring a stylish appearance that suits any outdoor space. Eco-friendly options made from recycled materials also make it a sustainable choice, giving you a deck that’s both practical and environmentally responsible.

Accessories

Our 3.6m WPC joist is an ideal choice for installing composite decking. Its main functions include maintaining the flatness of the floor surface after installation and ensuring the solidity and stability of the overall floor structure. In addition, WPC joist also plays an important role in controlling bottom drainage. By providing even support across the base of your composite decking, WPC joist helps prevent floor deformation and improves the durability and performance of your overall decking system.

Any decking doesn’t just stay together by themselves. They require a fastening agent. Our 6mm plastic clips are a reliable and affordable option. The plastic T-clips securely attach decking boards to their frame, while reducing installation time and keeping costs low. Attaching to the side of the decking boards, the concealed fixings are barely visible once secured in position and establish a uniform 6mm space between each decking board for a neat and professional-looking finish. Our 6mm plastic clips are each supplied with a self-drilling screw. Requiring no pre-drilled holes, universal for any composite decking models.
